Key Responsibilities- Design and develop software solutions using modern languages, frameworks, and database technologies.
- Lead the design and delivery of software projects, including architecture development, technical solution design, and technical requirements elaboration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain automated unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and code reviews.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to confirm detailed requirements, demonstrate work in progress, and receive feedback.
- Contribute to the development of solution architecture documents and technical documentation.
- Participate in technical pre-sales support, estimation of services work, and technical input into business development and bid activities.
- Share knowledge and contribute to initiatives to standardize our software development approach.
- Australian citizenship with the ability to obtain an AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior software engineering role, leading multiple developers.
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Advanced full stack software development and coding skills using modern languages, frameworks, and database technologies.
- Demonstrated experience implementing cloud-first solutions leveraging contemporary cloud platform approaches.
- Experience with Agile development methodology through requirements analysis, backlog management, sprint planning, testing, and release.
- Proven ability to work with scripting languages to customize applications and automate processes.
