Job Title: Community Transport Coordinator

">About This Role

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Bus Driver. As a key member of our transportation services, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of residents to various destinations.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate buses safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, including timely provision of agreed services.
  • Accompany residents on outings, engaging with them and encouraging participation.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle checks, maintaining high standards of vehicle maintenance.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless transportation services.
">Requirements:
  • Hold a valid Class C driver's license for driving buses of 8 passengers or less.
  • Have prior experience using lifting equipment and assistive devices (desirable).
  • Be able to use computer software, including Word and Excel.
  • Meet NDIS Worker Check requirements (or be willing to obtain prior to commencement).
  • Hold a First Aid & CPR Certificate (desirable).
  • Provide evidence of seasonal flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain).
  • Display Covid vaccination evidence.
  • Complete a police check.
  • Undergo Traffic & Driver History check (or be willing to obtain prior to commencement).
