**Role Overview:**

A highly influential childcare service director is sought to drive excellence in a dynamic education and care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day operation of the centre, overseeing administration, education, recruitment, and facility management.
  • Guide a team of educators to deliver exceptional care and education services, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Develop strategic relationships with local communities and stakeholders to enhance centre reputation and utilization.

Requirements:

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher).
  • Proven experience as a centre director at an exceeding level, with a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
