Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Assistant to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth production of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mechanical and Electrical Assembly: You will be responsible for assembling, adjusting, modifying, and repairing all products to meet quality and production standards.
  • Packing and Crating: You will pack and crate products for shipment, ensuring they are properly secured and ready for delivery.
  • Forklift Operation: You will operate a forklift to load and unload trucks, as well as move materials around the warehouse.
  • Workshop Maintenance: You will maintain a clean and safe workshop environment, ensuring all equipment and tools are in good working order.
  • Teamwork and Communication: You will work closely with our production team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Attention to Detail: You will be responsible for ensuring all products meet quality standards, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.

Requirements

  • Planning and Organization: You will have good planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
  • Communication Skills: You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Computer Literacy: You will be computer literate, with experience using software applications and systems.
