- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team of consultants, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge transfer.
- Financial Management: Oversee project finances, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, design consultants, site managers, and subcontractors, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet high-quality standards, prior to handover.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in construction project management, with a track record of delivering full lifecycle commercial projects valued in excess of $200M - $400M plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong industry knowledge, including structural engineering and building design principles, with the ability to identify design issues and scope of works.
- Leadership Skills: Capable of leading and motivating a team to achieve results in terms of time, cost, and quality.
- Communication Skills: Excellent reporting and communication skills, including cost control and documentation, ensuring efficient project operations.
- Education: Ideal candidate has a tertiary background in Construction Management or Engineering, with further supporting qualifications such as project management, design or contract law.
