Cyber Security Specialist

This is a key role within the Pacific Cyber Practice at Marsh McLennan, focusing on growing the Cyber portfolio through new business strategies and goals. Reporting to the Cyber Growth Leader, the successful candidate will assist the Risk Management senior brokers in all aspects of client services, including client contact, administration, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate understanding across key aspects of cyber insurance, including large-scale breaches, business interruption, ransomware, and other types of cyberattacks
  • Build new relationships to expand the cyber portfolio
  • Act on growth opportunities and take on increased responsibilities
  • Develop trusted relationships with current clients to ensure cyber aspects of the program meet their needs
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Work independently and collaboratively to solve complex problems

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in cyber and/or information technology insurance/sales
  • Tier 1 FSRA qualification or ability to complete within 3 months
  • Excellent communication style and sales experience
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Passion to own and drive your own career
