We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint expert to help design, build and maintain a secure and scalable SharePoint Online environment as part of our Microsoft Program.
This role is central to delivering a modern Enterprise Document Management System (EDMS) that supports compliance, automation, and seamless collaboration.
You will lead the technical implementation of site collections, metadata frameworks, automated workflows, and tenancy-level governance.
You will also play a key role in configuring Microsoft Purview policies, supporting data migration, and ensuring alignment with Victorian Government recordkeeping standards.

The team works closely with stakeholders across the organisation, embracing agile ways of working and a strong culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and configure SharePoint Online environments, including site collections, metadata structures, and governance frameworks.
- Implement retention and disposition policies based on PROV standards.
- Lead data migration projects using tools like Sharegate or Migration Manager.
- Configure Microsoft Purview policies and ensure tenancy-level security configurations.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience designing and configuring SharePoint Online environments.
- Confidence working with Microsoft Purview, DLP policies, and tenancy-level security configurations.
- Automation and workflow design skills using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Compliance-focused mindset and experience implementing retention and disposition policies.
