About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pick and Pack Specialist at HOBAN in Redbank Plains.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing RF scanners and trolleys to pick orders with the highest attention to detail. As a Pick and Pack Specialist, you will be responsible for receiving and inbound, restacking pallets, picking orders, packing customer orders, replenishing the warehouse floor, and preparing pallets for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and inbound - restacking pallets using RF scanners
  • Pickers - RF scanners and trolleys to pick orders in a fast-paced environment
  • Packers - Pack customer orders with the highest attention to detail
  • Replenishment - RF scanners to replenish the warehouse floor
  • Dispatch - Prepare pallets, shrink wrapping, and RF scanning

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year warehousing experience
  • Knowledge of RF scanners - beneficial
  • Flexible work ethics - work together as a team to get the job completed
  • Positivity - kindness and inclusiveness, creating a supportive environment
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday between 6am - 6pm (various shift times)
  • Must provide a clear police check prior to commencement
  • Understanding of a warehouse management system, in particular Manhattan - beneficial but non-essential
  • High attention to detail
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Safety conscious
