Speech Pathology Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathology Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team in the Mornington area. The successful candidate will focus on supporting clients living in the Mornington Peninsula area, providing evidence-based therapeutic supports and delivering speech pathology services in a timely manner.

About the Role:

  • Manage a caseload and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client.
  • Deliver speech pathology services to clients within schools, homes, and the broader community.
  • Assess clients' communication and/or swallowing level of function and capacity using clinical observations and standardized assessments.
  • Recommend provision of Assistive Technology to assist clients with their functional limitations and to promote independence.

  • Strive for continuous improvement of our practices and outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent and regular contact with all stakeholders.
  • Current driver's license and own reliable vehicle.

Qualifications:

  • Degree-qualified Speech Pathologist.
  • Current certified practicing membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
