Retail Store Leadership Opportunity in Northern Territory

We are currently seeking experienced leaders to join our team as Store Managers for our Smiggle stores in Darwin. As a Store Manager at Smiggle, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, managing store operations, and leading a high-performing team.
Estimated Salary:$60,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and roster rotation.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of sales assistants and visual merchandisers to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
- Manage store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets, reduce stock loss, and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the regional management team to achieve business objectives and goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in retail
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth, reducing stock loss, and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
