An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Legal Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis in Sydney. Our Insurance & Health department is headed up by 33 well-respected principals across six states.

The successful candidate will be part of a team of highly skilled legal and administrative professionals who deliver exceptional client service and high-quality advice. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities

  • File management – opening/closing files and filing/e-filing;
  • Adhering to client service standards;
  • Preparation of correspondence and legal documents in consultation with Work authors;
  • Broad range of client communication and management;
  • Preparation of briefs;
  • Monthly billing and reporting;
  • General diary management, including arranging client appointments and other events;
  • General administrative support.

We offer a competitive salary package of AU$85,000 - AU$100,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a broad range of benefits to our people, including:
