Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to HSE procedures and report incidents accordingly
  • Provide regular progress reports to the Workshop Manager and customers
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers
  • Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions
  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers
  • Prepare reports for management and customers
  • Meet service sales targets and coordinate service projects
Requirements
  • Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
  • Mechanical Trade certificate
  • High-level technical knowledge of major hydraulic components
  • Previous experience in hydraulic or mechanical component repair
  • Ability to work unsupervised, committed, and reliable
  • High focus on quality and attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft office applications
  • Effective communication skills
