Luxury Cinema Manager

a highly skilled leadership position overseeing the daily operations of a luxurious cinema
key responsibilities include delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring efficient food and beverage delivery maintaining high standards of presentation cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with industry guidelines liaising with suppliers to ensure quality control and implement food and beverage systems fostering a safe work environment by promoting safety equipment knowledge and emergency procedures among team members monitoring and enhancing guest service activities ensuring all staff meet training requirements
team Leadership- train and motivate team members to achieve excellent performance and product knowledge
- provide clear directions and instructions to staff on shift to maintain smooth operation
- conduct regular performance appraisals and nurture career development of staff
- assist in meeting revenue and expense targets for the location
- maximise sales through process and product knowledge
- ensure accurate cash handling and audit procedures are carried out
- maintain a high focus on delivering quality guest service and strive to exceed expectations
- actively assist in hosting and managing the flow of guests
- respond to guest feedback and gather insights to improve guest satisfaction and retention
this role offers opportunities for progression to duty manager trainee manager or assistant manager positions
