Event Labourer Job Description

We are seeking energetic and hardworking individuals to join our team in delivering and installing school colour fun-day events.

This role involves loading equipment from our base, setting up inflatables and various other equipment, including petrol generators, and overseeing the event throughout its duration prior to pack-down.

The successful candidate will be an outgoing, enthusiastic, fit person over the age of 25 with good communication skills and a tidy appearance.

A working with children clearance check, driving record check, and current driver's license are required. An automatic driver's license is acceptable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and transporting equipment from our base
  • Setting up and operating inflatables and other equipment
  • Oversight of events throughout their duration

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Tidy appearance and physical fitness
  • Current driver's license (automatic acceptable)
  • Working with children clearance check and driving record check

Benefits:

  • Casual position with award rates on a regular basis
  • Average 3 events per week when weather permits
  • Further opportunities for employment on other days performing general duties at the base
