About the Role:This senior role is integral to shaping a positive, engaged, and compliant workforce that supports business growth. The successful candidate will have a strong HR background, proven experience in building high-performance teams, and a compliance-focused mindset.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all HR functions, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies that support employee engagement, career development, and company objectives.
- Champion a high-performance culture by implementing recognition programs, leadership development, and performance management frameworks.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive and supportive workplace.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Ensure full compliance with employment laws, Fair Work Act regulations, and industrial relations requirements.
- Maintain compliance documentation and coordinate internal and external audits.
- Act as the primary contact for regulatory bodies and manage any compliance-related matters proactively.
