As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for partnering with leading organizations to source exceptional candidates and deliver real impact in their teams.

You will build strong relationships with clients and leverage existing networks to identify new business opportunities.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive business development and create long-term partnerships.

Identify, attract, and select top talent for a variety of client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with clients to understand their talent acquisition requirements and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring process.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in agency recruitment (perm or contract) with a strong understanding of the recruitment industry.
  • Commercially driven and confident in building client relationships and negotiating contracts.
  • Excited by business development and creating long-term partnerships that drive growth and success.
  • Motivated, resilient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
