Creating Online Experiences

We are seeking a skilled professional to create seamless online experiences for our users.
The ideal candidate will have strong content design skills, an understanding of service design, accessibility, discoverability, usability and inclusivity principles, and ability to interpret, analyse and use user data, journey maps and research reports.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing content in line with the agency's content strategy to meet user needs and business objectives
- Analysing user stories, designing content flows and creating simple and helpful content
- Making content recommendations to address user issues and needs
- Using Agile principles to create, test, improve and iterate content
- Advocating for users in content design work
Ideal candidates will also possess:
- Tertiary qualifications majoring in communication-related disciplines
- At least 1 year's relevant communication/writing experience
