Looking for a dynamic Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across our Perth manufacturing facility.


The Company


This leading FMCG business is renowned for career opportunities and growth. They are now seeking a capable Safety Manager to oversee safety across one of their main manufacturing sites.


As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include:



  • Ensuring the facility has the correct policies, management systems, and processes to meet OH&S legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Building relationships across the site, initiating conversations about safety and best practice, supported by the Safety for Everyone, Everyday program.
  • Providing expert advice and coaching to drive improved risk management practices and meet performance targets.
  • Coaching individuals and groups on HSE policies and procedures to increase their confidence.
  • Actively identifying and managing hazards, reporting incidents, and investigating in a timely manner.
  • Collating and generating reports with HSE data to drive positive change.

Your Background



  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a HSE role within a manufacturing/operations environment will be highly regarded.
  • Ideally experience within FMCG or high-risk manufacturing sectors.
  • Tertiary qualifications and/or significant experience in contemporary OHS systems and policies.
  • The ability to influence others and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Resilience and excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
