Insurance Solutions Manager

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity will see you managing global programs and delivering bespoke insurance solutions to clients.

You'll work on complex placements, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to meet tight deadlines, achieve business objectives, and drive operational efficiencies.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Assessing insurable risks,
  • designing tailored insurance solutions,
  • and negotiating the best deals in the global insurance market.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with underwriting partners, managing your own budget, sales plan, and debtors, mentoring and coaching junior team members, driving new business development, and acting as a brand ambassador are also key responsibilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals looking to take their career to the next level. We're looking for individuals with a minimum of 3 years' experience in managing commercial, corporate, or multinational clients, along with a sales-driven mindset, strong account management expertise, technical knowledge in general commercial insurance, a proven track record of delivering financial and operational results, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a client-first approach.
