We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Accountant with KCA Site Services, you will play a key role in providing accurate and timely accounting information to assist decision making in a dynamic and growing business.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including journal preparation and general ledger reconciliations.
- Manage cash flow effectively, including updating cash flow models to provide visibility on short- and longer-term forecasts.
- Contribute to the annual budgeting process, incorporating operating and capital expenditure.
- Process transactions, including procurement, accounts payable and customer billing.
- Process payroll and make BAS and Superannuation payments as required.
- Completed or in progress CPA or CA qualification.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High levels of accuracy and analysis of large volumes of data.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Aptitude for working with accounting software and ability to quickly learn systems.
- Strong literacy in the Microsoft suite of products – Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Prior experience with MYOB will be viewed favourably but is not essential.
- Willingness to work as part of a team and interact with all levels within the business.
- Full working rights in Australia.
