Plumbing Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber and Gasfitter Supervisor to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of all plumbing and gas fitting systems across our luxury resort.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent safety record, and a passion for delivering high-quality work in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Lead and supervise the plumbing and gas fitting team to deliver exceptional service for our guests.
• Oversee repairs, maintenance, and installations of plumbing and gas systems to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good condition to support efficient operations.
• Stay up to date with regulatory compliance to ensure we meet all relevant standards and codes.
• Develop and implement safety initiatives and mentor junior staff to promote a culture of safety excellence.

• 5+ years of trade experience as a Plumber/Gas Fitter.
• QBCC Queensland Type A Gas Fitter license (or ability to obtain).
• QLD Driver's Licence.
• Ability to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).
