Job Summary

The role of Executive Officer requires a high-level administrative and executive support specialist to provide knowledge and expertise to the Director, Future Students and Engagement, and department leaders. This includes developing and monitoring budgets, reporting requirements, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide operational, financial, and administrative experience in a medium office setting
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and contribute to a cohesive team
  • Exercise discretion, tact, and maintain strict confidentiality at an executive level
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently on routine matters within established procedures and guidelines
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced word processing skills and proficiency in relevant software
  • Completion of a Diploma-level qualification or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
