About the Opportunity:

Titan Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Structural Engineer to join our client's dynamic multi-discipline team. As a boutique engineering consultant specializing in delivering multi-discipline engineering solutions across the mining sector, this is an excellent opportunity to build a small structural engineering team and work on brownfield mining projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Interface with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver project objectives.
  2. Perform site inspections and produce a range of project delivery tasks, including design reviews and calculations.

Requirements:

  1. Formal Civil/Structural Engineering qualifications recognized by Engineers Australia.
  2. Strong mining and metals project experience, with senior/lead level experience required.
  3. Demonstrated experience in a design-focused or EPCM role, with expertise in mining plant structures design - concrete and steel.
  4. Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to complete project delivery tasks.
  5. Able to complete site inspections and lead small teams or have management aspirations.
  6. Strong understanding of industry guidelines and excellent communication and reporting skills.
