
Protecting Children from Harm

This role involves conducting thorough safety assessments to identify and address risks to children and young people within a multi-disciplinary service model. You will collaborate with experienced child protection professionals to deliver exceptional outcomes for vulnerable children and families.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct detailed assessments to pinpoint and mitigate safety concerns for children and young people
- Cultivate effective working relationships with stakeholders, acknowledging and respecting the cultural context of each case
- Gather accurate and comprehensive information to inform evidence-based decisions
- Foster meaningful connections within the program, practice, and legislative frameworks to drive positive change in families
- Minimum 2 years' experience in frontline statutory child protection services or investigation services
- Excellent analytical, assessment, and communication skills
- A valid driver's license (P1 or above)
- A paid working with children clearance number
- A competitive salary range $89,934 – $116,969 pa plus superannuation & annual leave loading
