Land Support Specialist

This role provides administrative support to the land and developer partnering team, helping manage land supply and developer partnerships to grow market share and profitability.
You will assist in land access strategies, compile land performance data, and maintain key relationships with internal teams and developers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with developer partners and ensuring consistent communication
- Engaging with land sales consultants and sales support teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end package delivery
- Coordinating allocated land in RBC systems and assisting with KPI reporting for developers, individual building companies, and the organization
- Setting agendas, taking minutes, and tracking actions in meetings
- Driving land packaging efficiency and monitoring sales performance to meet targets
- Maintaining the Sales Availability Grid and keeping systems updated in coordination with the Land & Developer Partnering Coordinator
- Responding to builder needs and facilitating communication with developers
- Tracking house and land packaging progress and assisting with developer milestone tracking
- Managing land stock lists and tracking inputs in internal systems
- A detail-oriented, proactive professional with a knack for data analysis and communication
- Prior land development experience is highly desired
- Comfortable engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders and a desire to network and build relationships
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data trends
- Skilled in reporting and presenting data clearly
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized with excellent time management and attention to detail
- Some understanding of residential construction and land development processes
