About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pathology Specimen Collector to join our team at Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology. As a key member of our Pathology Collection team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect blood samples from patients in a safe and efficient manner
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with external clients, GPs, and Medical Centre staff
  • Record patient information accurately and efficiently
  • Complete online training via our eLearning training system
  • Liaise with referrers and ancillary services in a hospital setting
Requirements
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Driver's licence and reliable transport
  • Previous experience in Venipuncture (desirable)
  • Experience working in the health, aged care, or community sectors (desirable)
  • Excellent interpersonal and liaison skills
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to service excellence and patient care
