Job Description:

The Principal Embedded Systems Designer will play a key role in the development of software and hardware for various applications at Yunex Traffic. This position requires strong technical expertise in embedded systems, real-time programming, and network protocols.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Design Engineer to lead the design of software and hardware for our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field, with significant experience in embedded systems development.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop software and hardware for various applications, including electronic devices and IoT systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop comprehensive designs.
  • Liaise with component suppliers to source new components and evaluate their suitability for our projects.
  • Develop test documentation and conduct testing to ensure that our designs meet quality and safety standards.
  • Participate in peer-review sessions to validate and refine our designs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in embedded systems development, with a focus on real-time programming and network protocols.
  • Strong understanding of software and hardware design principles, including PCB design and development.
  • Experience with Altium software and other relevant design tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
