We deliver a seamless banking experience to our customers. Our Retail Banking Services offers market-leading products and services supported by world-class systems and processes.

Premier Banking provides Relationship Management to High Net Worth clients within the Customer Service Network. Our teams consist of Relationship Managers and Associates throughout Australia, reporting into all states.

We support clients with sophisticated financial needs, typically with lending and investment balances of $1M or more. We assist our clients to achieve financial growth and provide superior service to help them manage their daily finances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships through regular contact and follow-up, quality financial health checks and strong market awareness.
  • Proactively build positive relationships with customers by identifying and anticipating their financial needs through financial health checks.
  • Provide innovative financial service solutions including lending and investment options to meet customer needs.
  • Drive client acquisition and referrals from existing portfolios such as the Branch Network and other business partners.
  • Offer suggestions to meet specific goals and growth of high net worth clients.
  • Resolve client needs personally, rather than utilising referral channels, maintaining end-to-end service provision.
  • Collaborate with specialists for financial planning, investment, risk insurance, commercial business and complex investment needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in mortgage/lending products services.
  • Experience in a sales role with diversified product offerings.
  • Customer service managers who are passionate about delivering exceptional service.
  • Committed relationship-oriented individuals.
  • Certificate IV accreditation in lending or similar.
  • FSRA Tier 2 accreditation, including Deposit Products and General Insurance.
