Aged care nurse specialists play a vital role in providing high-quality care to residents in our facilities. We are seeking experienced nurses to join our team as Registered Nurses.
About the Role:
- Provide clinical leadership and expertise in the delivery of high-quality aged care services.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.
- Foster strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

What We Look For:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in an aged care setting.
- A valid qualification with current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration.
- An understanding of the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
