About the Role

The Duty Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store by managing the store and leading the team during trading hours in the absence of the Store Manager.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated and passionate individual with a solid background in retail, preferably with demonstrated experience working in a supervisory or team leader role. They will possess excellent time management and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for delivering results that motivate their team.

Key responsibilities include:
