Job Description

As an early childhood educator, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and educational environment that fosters the development of young children.

You will work closely with the centre's leadership team to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of each child.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues;
  • Maintaining high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework;
  • Providing support to other educators in the room;
  • Maintaining effective communication with parents;
  • Contributing to the educational program through observations and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a recognised Certificate III in Children's Services qualification, child protection training, and a valid NSW Employee Working with Children Check.

You must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
