Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated retail professional to join our merchandising team as an Territory Representative.

As a key player in the merchandising team, you will work within an allocated territory to maintain strong relationships with retailers and supermarkets. You will be required to drive sales growth by implementing effective visual merchandising strategies, building and maintaining quality displays, executing planograms accurately, and submitting daily tasks and photos via smartphone/tablet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with store personnel
  • Negotiating promotional space and driving sales growth
  • Executing visual merchandising strategies and planograms accurately
  • Submitting daily tasks and photos via smartphone/tablet
  • Representing clients positively and professionally

Preferred skills include retail or supermarket experience, excellent communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to work autonomously, and physical stamina.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Retail or supermarket experience
  • A current Australian driver's licence and vehicle
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Physical stamina to handle the demands of the role
