**Assistant Director Role**

This leadership position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our centre every day. The ideal candidate will be the right-hand person to our Centre Director, supporting them in managing daily activities effectively.

The successful applicant will have exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling them to build genuine and positive relationships with our team members, children, and their families. They will be responsible for creating high-quality educational programs that inspire and nurture young minds, fostering a connected and rewarding environment for all.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent time management, organisational, written, and verbal skills. A proactive and mature mindset is essential, allowing you to take the lead with initiative, motivation, and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Centre Director in managing daily operations

  • BUILD POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH TEAM MEMBERS AND FAMILIES
  • Drive quality improvement by guiding teams to understand Green Leaves policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

  • Current ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification
  • Current Working with Children's Check
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates
  • Current Child Protection Training
  • Previous Assistant Director experience
