Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive supply chain strategy and manage inventory levels to meet production goals.
  • Develop accurate demand forecasts in collaboration with sales and operations teams.
  • Lead materials replenishment planning processes for efficient material availability.
  • Build and maintain a reliable master production schedule to support DIFOT targets.
  • Ensure schedule stability and reduce reactive planning.
  • Monitor and manage inventory health, including stock turns, aged inventory, and working capital performance.
  • Collaborate with procurement, operations, and commercial teams to align supply plans and mitigate risks.
  • Coordinate WIP transfers between manufacturing sites for network efficiency.
  • Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process with data-driven insights.

Requirements:

  • APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP) or equivalent credentials.
  • Proven experience in supply planning, inventory control, and production scheduling within FMCG or manufacturing environments.
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, data modeling, and automation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets.
  • Detail-oriented mindset combined with a bias for action and accountability.
  • Ability to lead and work collaboratively within a team to achieve operational outcomes.
  • Effective communication skills capable of influencing across functions and levels.
  • Experience in high-volume, time-sensitive environments is highly valued.
