We are seeking a skilled Logistics Support Associate to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. As a Logistics Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all orders are dispatched on time and in full.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the despatch supervisor to ensure all orders are dispatched on time and in full;
  • Checking orders to ensure they are picked correctly;
  • Maintaining the transport pick and dispatch system;
  • Attending to the gate to ensure all vehicles exiting the branch are leaving with the correct supplies;
  • Liaising with other staff about any issues regarding deliveries and pick-ups;
  • Assisting with loading/unloading of trucks as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service;
  • A capability to undertake physical tasks safely;
  • Ability to navigate computers and systems;
  • Good organisational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks;
  • Forklift licence is advantageous but not essential.
