About the Role

As a seasoned SAP Payroll Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the ERP HR/Payroll stream of work for the ERP Program (S/4HANA) across the organisation. You will work closely with the HR SuccessFactors Project Manager, and Finance Project Manager to develop initiatives and technical outputs that align and integrate HR data between Employee Central and S4 to meet HR, Payroll and Finance business function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical change management and delivery for the HR/Payroll stream in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Drive and support the successful realisation of the Business Benefits.
  • Develop relationships and work with the Data Migration & Integration Project Manager to ensure the Payroll data transformations and migrations aligns with data specifications and reconciles with source and target data requirements for legacy payroll & organisation data migration.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in adapting to changing legislative, tax and financial regulations.
  • The candidate must be able to demonstrate aptitude and experience to manage SAP ERP HR/Payroll delivery within or across multiple company structures, organisation change, acquisitions and divestments.
