Full-Time Underwriting Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled underwriter to join our team in a permanent full-time role.

The successful candidate will engage with senior underwriters, technical specialists, and practice leaders for complex decision making, advice, and feedback.

The Role:

Main Responsibilities:

- Provide underwriting services for new and renewal business within individual delegated authority to achieve commercial portfolio goals.

- Conduct thorough reviews of renewal business to ensure alignment with current underwriting guidelines.

- Monitor ongoing policy performance to identify opportunities for remedial or corrective action.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years experience in the insurance market is desired.

- Strong ability to influence commercial brokers and advisers in the insurance market.

- Comprehensive knowledge of general insurance practices and policies.
