Electrical Expert Wanted

Our power project in the Hunter Valley region of New South Wales is looking for a skilled Electrician to join our team.

About You

  • Proven experience as an Electrician in a similar environment is essential.
  • Knowledge and experience in Power Station or Oil and Gas operations are highly regarded.
  • Experience with HV switching, HV switch rooms & HV switchyards is a significant advantage.
  • A strong commitment to promoting safety, quality, and environmental compliance on site is required.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team is crucial.

Key Requirements

  • A grade Electrical Licence is mandatory.
  • Trade Qualification is essential.
  • Construction White Card is required.
  • CPR/LV Certification is necessary.
  • Driver's licence is essential.

Desired Skills

  • Work Safely at Heights qualification is desirable.
  • High Risk Work Licence - WP (Work Platform) is an asset.
  • HV Switching Ticket is highly beneficial.
  • Construction experience is highly desirable.
  • Heavy industry experience is a significant advantage.
