We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Uniting Tumut, a leading provider of aged care services in the NSW Snowy Mountains. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team, with a focus on delivering person-centered care. You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including our Memory Support Unit, and to develop your skills and expertise in a range of areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, deliver, and evaluate resident care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents
- Lead the provision of clinical services, using your sharp clinical assessment skills to inform practice
- Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and our team, to ensure that we are providing care that is tailored to the needs of each individual
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care

Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin a career in aged care
- Adaptability, empathy, and a strong ability to work collaboratively with others
- A commitment to contemporary aged care nursing practice, with a focus on delivering person-centered care
