Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering technical support and training for Caterpillar construction technology products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and training for Caterpillar construction technology products
  • Maintain and configure Cat Technologies
  • Develop and deliver training programs for employees and customers
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Caterpillar technology products and solutions
  • Identify and resolve application/operational problems
  • Deliver and operator training for the New Equipment sales team
  • Deliver and operator training for CRS rental fleet customers
  • Maintain CRS technology equipment as it returns and exits the rental yard
  • Configure and calibrate equipment to suit CRS customer needs

Requirements

  • Experience with technology systems in the construction or mining space
  • Passion for machine onboard technologies
  • Experience with Machine Control and Guidance Technologies
  • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Basic knowledge of survey principles
  • Understanding of GPS and Network infrastructure
