In this exciting role as a Building Services Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to contribute to AusNet's mission of leading the way in the clean energy transition. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the building infrastructure across multiple sites in North Victoria.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, safety, and contractor management. This will involve identifying and resolving maintenance issues, coordinating and tracking preventative maintenance, and managing WHS compliance process for contractors.

As a strong communicator, you will engage stakeholders through effective communication and share insights to improve team performance. Our team culture values collaboration, inclusivity, and a commitment to excellence.

We seek an experienced professional with a trade background or experience in facility services. Local community engagement experience and the ability to read and interpret workplace architectural and engineering drawings are also highly regarded.
