Job Summary

The Transformation Consulting Enterprise Architect plays a pivotal role in collaborating with clients to develop strategy and delivery plans for their transformation programs.

This includes assessing client operating models, designing capability models, and recommending strategic solutions aligned with best practices.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Engagement Lead and solution architects to achieve this goal.

  • Assess client operating models and develop strategic plans to improve operational performance
  • Design capability models to support business improvements and address client requirements
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand guiding principles and decision drivers for digital solution selections
  • Elicit and assess functional requirements and processes, preparing fit/gap assessments
  • Design solution visions and executable roadmaps to address client business requirements
  • Evaluate and recommend business, technology, and infrastructure architecture
  • Keep abreast of new and evolving solutions and technologies through research and case studies
  • Oversee the delivery of enterprise architecture/roadmap as the Engagement Lead

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in leading enterprise architecture engagements, advanced skills in preparing technical architecture diagrams, AI strategy, Agentic AI, and solution design documentation, familiarity with Project Management approaches such as Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid, and a deep understanding of multiple systems and technologies.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Experience in leading enterprise architecture engagements
  • Advanced skills in preparing technical architecture diagrams, AI strategy, Agentic AI, and solution design documentation
  • Familiarity with Project Management approaches such as Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of multiple systems and technologies
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively
