Anglicare Southern Queensland is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Youth Justice Program Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals in delivering client-focused services, managing team operations, and overseeing referrals from Youth Justice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team to deliver best-practice services and manage team operations.
- Overseeing referrals from Youth Justice and allocating tasks to staff members.
- Providing guidance on support plans and matching mentors with young people's needs.
- Promoting a culturally safe and inclusive team culture.
- Ensuring legislative, regulatory, and contractual standards are met.
- Managing program brokerage funds for effective resource allocation.
- C coordinate case planning and review meetings with stakeholders.
- Providing direct client support and promoting health, safety, and well-being.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
