Position Overview: As a Casual Educator at Goodstart Early Learning, you will play a vital role in supporting our centres and children with a flexible and team-oriented approach. This position requires a committed professional who is dedicated to safety and inclusivity, ensuring every child has enriching and responsive learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the education program in the room and centre team, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
  • Engage and supervise children at all times, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for children, families, and team members, adhering to National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families, promoting a culture of respect and understanding.
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement, ensuring the highest standards of quality care and education.

Requirements:

  • A relevant early childhood qualification, demonstrating your expertise and passion for quality education.
  • Flexibility to work between Monday-Friday, 6:30am to 6:30pm, and willingness to travel between local services as needed.
