HR Professional Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HR leader to join our organization.

Job Description:

As the lead of the Human Resources team across Australia and New Zealand, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the employee experience and streamline human resource processes.

You will leverage workforce data to drive business decisions and develop solutions to address gaps in capability and capacity requirements.

In addition, you will provide leadership across people programs including culture, change, performance management, learning and leadership, payroll, reward, talent and succession management, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the Human Resources team
  • Implement initiatives to enhance the employee experience
  • Leverage workforce data to inform business decisions
  • Develop solutions to address gaps in capability and capacity requirements
  • Provide leadership across people programs

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or similar
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate departments and key business partners
  • Demonstrated experience coaching, advising and influencing senior leaders
  • Proven experience in managing and directing employees in a Human Resource environment
  • High level of critical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning
  • Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments
  • Knowledge of Australia and New Zealand employment relations, workplace health and safety legislation and industry bodies
