About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to deliver high-quality care through our Home Care Packages/Support at Home program. This rewarding role involves assessing and providing tailored physiotherapy services to clients in their own homes, working within a consumer-directed, goal-oriented Wellness and Reablement model.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Essential:
    • A degree or diploma in physiotherapy from an accredited institution
    • CURRENT REGISTRATION WITH THE PHYSIOTHERAPY BOARD OF AUSTRALIA IS MANDATORY
    • A strong interest in regional and rural health settings
    • Demonstrated commitment to interdisciplinary teamwork and collaboration
    • A valid driver's license is required
