Key Responsibilities
  • Handle Tier 3 Service and Network faults 24/7, supporting communities most vulnerable
  • Support nbn initiatives such as natural disasters evacuation and recovery sites
  • Work on a rotating roster operating across Monday to Sunday 8am – 9pm
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A background in case management, conflict resolution, and customer service
