About Cornerstone Medical Recruitment:

We are a family-owned and operated Allied Health practice that offers both in-clinic and community-based therapy services. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality care to our clients, and we are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team.

This role offers both full-time and part-time positions, with flexibility from Monday to Friday. Depending on your preferences, your caseload may include paediatric, adult, or mixed clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide face-to-face client sessions to assess and treat communication disorders
  • Complete and maintain accurate notes and records
  • Develop and utilize therapeutic resources to support client progress
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders, including families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals
  • Prepare detailed reports on client progress and treatment outcomes
  • Address areas such as communication, assistive technology, or mealtime management, as needed
  • Work with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) clients to provide tailored support
