The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Engineer to join their team on a $100M project in Southport. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction, with previous experience working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders. A construction degree and at least 10 years of industry experience are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the project team to deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Collaborate with the project team, stakeholders, and clients to ensure effective communication and project progress.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

What We're Looking For

  • A construction degree and at least 10 years of industry experience.
  • Previous experience working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
