We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our housekeeping team at Thornbury Castle. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in our bedrooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain bedrooms and bathrooms to a high standard, including vacuuming, polishing, and refreshing linen and towels.
- Clean and tidy public areas, including restocking guest room supplies and amenities.
- Engage with guests and provide exceptional customer service.
- Report any maintenance deficiencies to the housekeeping manager.
We are offering a competitive hourly rate of £11.92 (dependent on experience), a part-time permanent position with 15 hours per week, including weekends. You will also receive an additional share of service charge and tips, paid out every 2 months.
- 28-day holiday, including bank holidays, plus a paid day off on your birthday.
- Referral program - £250 per new member of staff introduced (based on a full-time contract).
- Complimentary stay at the castle after 3 months passed probation period.
